Week of December 1-5, 2008

Reminders for this week:

  • Happy December!! We have three VERY FULL weeks of class before we break for Christmas vacation so please, don't check out early! :)
  • Scholastic Book Orders are due this Friday 12/5/08
  • Some people have asked me to share more about we're doing each day in class and since we have limited space in the classroom news, I will try to share more here, for those who are interested. Homework will still be posted, and will be indicated by underlined text, but I will also list page numbers and other activities we did in class for students who were absent and would like to see what went on during the day.
  • This is NOT a substitute for your child writing assignments in his planner and I will continue to check that they are filled out each afternoon - please check his planner before checking here to reinforce the use of the planner at home.
  • In the event that your child is sick, please email me as soon as possible in the morning so that I can have make-up work ready for you at 3:30 pm.
